- Belt speed and temperatures displayed in digital form provide for maximum control and efficient use of the cryogen.
- All operating controls are state-of-the-art and can be located on the freezer or at some remote location. Stainless panel boxes available and all panel boxes are water-protected and provided with the proper power requirements.
- 4″ thick closed cell, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation throughout, ensures maximum cryogen containment thereby reducing waste and operating costs.
- Waste gas is collected in a built-in exhaust chamber with a duct collar. Blower systems and required ducting supplied by buyer. MBI will provide engineering assistance in sizing requirements.
- The freezer is shipped fully assembled or in easy to assemble modules.
